Keep on top of full screen apps

I'm not sure if this is possible. It would be great if the camera view could be fixed on top of fullscreen apps. I'm aware of borderless mode, which will keep on top of other apps, but if you make one full screen (e.g. presentation) then the camera view gets left behind on the other screen/desktop.
