Add TOR hidden service support

For being more private for TOR users I would like to integrate a TOR hidden service into the application. This should keep the .onion address and automatically redirect to it if you are visiting unshort.link as TOR user. It will be a optional (default: off) flag as the host system need to has tor installed.
