shuffle always on

I'm using the app on a Lumia 650 Dual SIM, fully updated. When playing albums or playlists, streaming or local files, the app skips songs as if it's on shuffle, but it also doesn't play all the songs. For example, it plays 4 or 5 songs then stops as if it reached the end of the playlist.
