hi, bumped into the same issue, is there a workaround for something like `np.tile(center, (1, 1, 2 * num_anchors));` or maybe even better a working tile implementation?

thanks for your response, the -r parameter was not supposed to be there but also without it the result is the same, i'll try your suggestions and report back
