Form Builder Addon

This is my form builder addon for Xindi. It's not 100% complete yet, some features still need to be completed like the dynamic form validation methods. But the bulk of it is completed and you can create and edit dynamic forms, and view the form submissions in the admin. You will find some features here that I don't think any other ColdFusion form builder has, like the ability to create a multi-page, tabbed form, and the use of local storage to persist form data from session to session until submitted.
