It doesn't work. I've tested with `KUPFER_WINDOW_TYPE_HINT=DOCK` and `NORMAL`, `UTILITY`, `SPLASHSCREEN`, `DIALOG`. It doesn't center the kupfer window. Perhaps this helps you: https://github.com/andlabs/libui/issues/183#issuecomment-234950092
