Consider TiddlyPWA Hosting
I'm still learning about TiddlyPWA, but it seems neat. Could Tiddlyhost provide a backend for TiddlyPWA? Could it support creating a TiddlyPWA style "site"?

TiddlyPWA cannot really be used with traditional TW hosting services as they are —well, you could host the HTML app file, but it would contain no content. The whole point of TiddlyPWA is that the encrypted content is synced in a granular way to a sync server that implements an atomic "sync" transaction that basically just fetches tiddlers modified since the last sync timestamp included in the request, and upserts tiddlers included in the request (that the client included because they were modified since the same timestamp). That's a bit more complex than just "replace one big blob with another big blob" but it can certainly be reimplemented quickly enough if you wish :)
