Support configuring sites to redirect to another site

I'm thinking about tiddlyspot sites, particularly monkeygtd which ought to redirect to mgsd.

It might be desirable in some cases to redirect a Tiddlyspot site to a Tiddlyhost site.

Not sure about the use case for Tiddlyhost sites, and I don't want to encourage name squatting, so maybe it's a Tiddlyspot site feature only to begin with.

One particular use case: if you migrate your public Tiddlyspot site over to a fresh new Tiddlyhost site, and want the traffic to be redirected.

Related note: I'd like to write some documentation to help people who do want to migrate their old Tspot site over to Thost. If the redirect mechanism was in place to go with that it would be a much better UX.

This is supported for Tiddlyspot sites now, but not for regular sites.
