While debugging #282 I hit some encoding errors and found this on a stack overflow post. Actually didn't need it in the end, but posting the snippet here for reference....

As a workaround I'm restarting the job processor container several times a day.

@jandresrodriguez Nope. I'm still restarting containers every few hours to clear them.

Not sure if this is still happening.

Looks like anything tagged with `$:/tags/RawMarkupWikified/TopBody` is going to be similar.
