Not able to download model weights

While trying to download weights getting permission issue:

Hi, I am having some trouble trying to access your pretrained model. I tried the old link and I got the same message as shiva500. I also tried the updated link but I received the following message:

"Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist. Make sure that you have the correct URL and the file exists."

Would it be possible to share a new link?
