ObjectIDs randomly changed inside vaults
I'm having an issue where I can't start the server if my Cubot is inside a vault, for the simple reason that the server can't find my Cubot. I have found, while debugging for a while, that ObjectIDs appear to be randomly changed inside vaults (from instance to instance), although I can't figure out why or where.
diff.txt To Replicate: Apply above diff, run server, and check IDs of items in Vault against DB values, they should not match. Also check IDs of items in normal world against DB values, they should match.
