Update documentation to include 2.0 database features

2.0 includes the ability to write out DR scores to a SQLite table and query same, but this isn't mentioned in the documentation on sourceforge or on github.

One thing that's not clear to me regarding the database is whether it will recompute on a rerun against a directory tree or skip files it's already encountered?
