Change-log sqlite3 versioning seems to be incorrect.

Hi, I saw that that the changelog jumps from 3.47.1 to 3.37.2

0.5.29 
Upgrade sqlite to version 3.38.0.
0.5.28 
Upgrade sqlite to version 3.37.2.
0.5.27 
Upgrade sqlite to version 3.47.1.
In addition to CocoaPods, this package now supports the Swift Package Manager for iOS and macOS builds.

Upgrade sqlite to version 3.47.0.
