New schema docs

This PR:

  • Restructures the layout of the site. This does not affect urls.
  • Remove Type Converter and Custom row class docs. Move into table and dataclass docs respectively
  • Add redirect for removed ages
  • rewrite table docs
  • Move a whole bunch of stuff into guides
  • Add missing CSS style
