Windows Support
Can I build simit in windows? o is better in a linux distro? If I can in windows can someone tell me how please?
We haven't tested building Simit on Windows machines (can someone test it? I don't have a Windows machine). I doubt it will work out of the box, but it should not be a lot of work to make it work since llvm is cross platform and we use cmake which supports a cross platform compilation. However, from experience we'll probably need to add some custom Windows (msvc) stuff to the cmake files.
It might work to compile it using Cygwin and gcc or clang, but that's a bit more cumbersome.
Ok I decided to try it on linux, how I can build it? I didn't understand how to do it. Thanks.
The readme describes how to do build it. What step are you having issues with?
When I try to do 'cmake ..' I get an error. I need eigen3 (and some more) but when I install it still find.
