Fixed compatibility with Meteor 0.9.x

Fixes #30 and #29. It's ugly - but works.

As well I upgraded the version to 3.2.0_1 to reflect the version of the included bootstrap. This possibility was as well a recent Meteor change.

I know you suggest to use @Nemo64's package now, but that is not working in my specific case, since that approach is not working inside other smart packages.
