Detect unused resources which don't have tags

What would you like to be added: The way most of the companies budget works is according to tags of resources in their AWS Account. We want to find the resources which are unused and untagged and report them to Finala Why is this needed: Each resource that is unsued and untagged might cost a lot of money, we want to be able to identify them as fast as possible.
