Matplotlib dependency

Hi!

What is the rationale behind the Matplotlib version dependency (< 3.1.3 if I remember correctly)? The current version of Matplotlib is 3.3.3 and I like to use the latest versions when possible.

Hi! I must confess I do not remember exactly why, but I assume there where a bug of some kind. I will take a look and see if I can find a problem with matplotlib 3.3.3, for I agree with you, I also prefer to use the latest versions.
