Guns cannot destroy Ender Crystals

Brief explanation of problem: As the title says, they are unable to damage or destroy the Ender Crystals (the things on the towers of obsidian in the End that heal the dragon). Tested with Shotgun, Omni Tool, and Ion Sniper.

After further testing, the guns seem to be unable to damage several other entities, including the Twilight Forest Lich and Hydra, and Reika's Void Monster. Steps to reproduce:

maybe there should be more combat related things in MO as well, like a shield(might belong in minecraft 1.8 and above) or the possibility upgrade from android to nanobotic(weaker but greater "regen")
