Update from 0.2.x to newest simdson

We are lagging behind quite a bit, this is partially due to the fact that upstream simdjson has changed it's structure quite massively in the past and we've not kept up with that.

The new versions of simdjson come with a number of improvements including NDJSON support as well as streaming the tape. Those are worth picking up as well.

The main challenge is that this is a huge undertaking.

I will close to related issues in the tracker in favor for this as ultimately the update is the path forward.
