Bumped logger to 1.0.0

This changes the project initial features in favor for:

• nonnullability
• less dependencies (removed sensors)
• the ability to copy logs into the clipboard by selecting all
• removed the ANSI parser because of nonnullability, but this could be returned

@leisim Any chance you want to merge this PR so it continues to work with logger 1.0+ ? BTW, I see you're at ClickUp 👍. It's quickly become my favorite PM suite.

Maybe it would be better to simply add these 3-4 classes directly to the logger project and activate the shake log through some config?
