There is no way to specifically tell it to download 1 video from a bundle, the only way would be to download the whole bundle
Have you told it you want to download Paid Messages in config.json?

To me it seems like you've been rated limited so that's why you get an exception, most likely because you're downloading 20k + media in a few hours
Your browser might block the download, you will have to allow it. The program is not malicious in any way
