Feature Requesst: Option to abort scrape if disk space runs low

A user in Discord mentioned that they effectively bricked their computer for a day or two because OFDL consumed all available space on the OS drive and things got corrupted as a result. It would be nice if we could support a safety check that would abort a scrape if disk space starts running too low to prevent this from happening.
