silx view - HDF5view - improve scroll area

The scroll area cannot be browsed smoothly when having a large string in one of the table.

Like in the following example (tested with silx 1.1):

the scroll can only be on the left, on the right or on the middle. There is no 'intermediate' position. Which can be very annoying when we try to read a path for example.

don't know if it should be considered as a but or an enhancement (not sure if this behavior is intentional or not...)
