Drop Python 3.6

Currently advertised supported Python version is: https://github.com/silx-kit/silx/blob/bf182fd14eb79b0458220f79a5e3b6d27ed7475d/setup.py#L876 but we already advertised drop of Python3.5 in v0.14.0.

Python 3.6 has reached end-of-support at the end of 2021 (https://peps.python.org/pep-0494/).

Question is do we drop it now for the next release or wait for the following one?
