[OpenCL] Recent Nvdida driver complain a lot about kernel inlining

The error message looks like this: Warning: Function ... is a kernel, so overriding noinline attribute. The function may be inlined when called. There is no harm but it is annoying.

Appears with Nvidia driver 550.120
