Export geometry to crystfel compatible format

There are several modifications to be done:

• [ ] Export gaps in the mask as band of defective pixels
• [ ] Handle uniform detectors
• [ ] Handle module-based detector, and their misalignment
• [ ] Export the detector position
• [ ] Include the geom file as an ascii component into sparsified file.
