Long time to connect to server

Hi, In our cluster with only 3 nodes (just one partition), the spawner uses always the same node (the third, which has more memory than the others and is usually the busiest) and it takes a long time to connect. Often more that 10-15 minutes. Is that normal? How can it be configured so that it uses another node? Does it take so long time because this node is very loaded? Regards Robert
