[SurfaceVis] Improvements roadmap

Here are the envisioned features for the upcoming SurfaceVis:

• [x] Allow to change the domain and the color map #1321
• [x] Support of several scale types #1321
• [ ] Display axes values (Can use drei's Billboard)
• [ ] Initialize the camera to show the full plot (Can use drei's Bounds)

The list may evolve with time.
