Sometimes the input can be too large to fit in memory or to read at once, so it would be useful to have API for deflating/inflating data chunk by chunk.

This was already implemented on the discord fork https://github.com/silviucpp/ezstd/commit/02aab4fc2ea503b27c0e307df9c9af372dd302e3 . They promised a pull request soon.
