Show areaPoiID and vignetteID on world map pins

Shadowlands in particular uses a lot of these on zone maps. E.g. the daily treasure chests in covenant zones are area POIs, and the zone-wide rare alerts in Zereth Mortis are vignettes. (Older examples include the N'zoth assaults in BfA being POIs.)

Unfortunately, this doesn't apply to the tooltips these same things show on the minimap.
