PagesDueForReviewReport does not allow admins to modify who is responsible for a page

if someone leaves our organisation, someone else will pick up their responsibilities for looking after content.

This becomes tedious if multiple pages are assigned to a person. Ideally an admin would be able to view PagesDueForReviewReport, pick a person and swap out them for another person
