STATE: Files alert notification remains and pushes down search notification

When items are removed a notification alert of file being archived appears, however, if you searched for a file after, the archive notification remains (out of context), while the clear search alert appears below it screen shot 2017-09-08 at 2 56 05 pm

Potential solution

When view changes, clear the current alert notifications

This issue still exists in that the archive message remains but the search alert is no longer relevant as it has been redesigned in 4.3. I'm going to lower the impact for now.

Frankly I think the fact that the "file has been archived" message is not dismissable is the bigger issue here.
