ModelAdmin with multiple $managed_models on mobile looks weird

hi, I noticed a strange behavior in my simple custom ModelAdmin on silverstripe-admin:4.0.0. I hope this is the right place for submitting this issue.

If the ModelAdmin has multiple $managed_models, the CMS on mobile looks weird.
