/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lwlc /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -llua collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [Makefile:25: asc] Error 1

You'll need to install lua and wlc. Depending on what Linux distro you're running you may be able to find them in your package manager.
