Name of index page is shown before authentication

Observed result: Name of index page is shown as browser title before the user is logged in. More obvious if indexPage in SETTINGS is set to something different

Expected result: No information is available about the contents of the space for unauthenticated users.

Feels like this isn't blocked by #16 , because the problem happens before authentication.
