Scroll position jumping

For whatever reason the scroll position as you cycle through pages (page picker, navigation, browser forward/backward buttons) is not reliably maintained. I suspect this may be due to widgets rendering late etc, but it's confusing to move between pages and not see what you saw when you were last there.

I noticed this behavior too, and I have the ToC and mentions widgets disabled via config.

I'm facing a similar problem when scrolling through a page. The problem arises because of the cursor, and only on the phone, when I scroll down the page, it keeps trying to bring me back to the cursor.
