Outline mode: Folded bullets/tasks get unfolded when moved up/down

Hey, I'm coming from an outliner (logseq) background so I'm still relying on task/bullet folding heavily. Currently, whenever a folded bullet is moved up/down it gets unfolded automatically. Similarly, whenever another, non-folded, bullet/task is moved over a folded one then the latter gets unfolded too. I'm not sure if this is by design but it can become annoying esp. for bullets with a large number of children. I'd expect any folded element remains folded until it gets unfolded explicitly.

This is not by design. It's a bug.
