Tok Pisin l10n files have tpi in the filename but tp as the xml:lang internally

Initially, both the filename and the internal identifier were incorrect. LT Ops attempted to get this fixed in Crowdin, but so far they have only succeeded in getting the filename to correct; the strings within the file still come through as "tp". Since there does not appear to be any other setting for the Tok Pisin language that still has "tp", the fix is probably going to be much harder. Ironically, Transcelerator (with no mappings) generates its Tok Pisin file with "tpi", not "tp" (and this has been the case all along). I would have thought that the "Tok Pisin" language that Transcelerator uses is the exact same "Tok Pisin" that sil-common-libraries uses. According to ChatGPT, it's possible that the following workaround steps might fix it: Remove Tok Pisin entirely from the project. Yes, that risks orphaning translations. Back them up first. Re-add it as a new language, using the correct tpi code. Make sure to add it explicitly via the proper ISO code. Re-upload any previously translated files, or map strings back using the Crowdin TM (Translation Memory), if enabled.
