Fix out-of-box build

This fixes building with "x64_x86 Cross Tools Command Prompt for VS 2019".

Fixes #160.

LGTM, but builds are now broken on "x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2019" and "Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019". Not that we need to support all of them, but perhaps our README.md should suggest one.
