Fixes a bug in the :develop branch with -d/--task-definition deployment where the TASK_DEFINITION_ARN variable was unset.

Looks like this PR has more in it than a variable fix and includes new features for updating multiple services, which I believe is PR #97. Can you update this one only to address the variable issue to reduce conflicts and make it easier to test and merge in?
