Support removal of environment variables

In addition to #156 I'd like to see some option to remove an environment variable with a deployment.

Currently ecs-deploy only sets new variables, all existing variables get taken over to the new TaskDefinition - I manually need to remove them. Would be great to support this with the ecs-deploy command.
