Notification when Programm is finished

Hello! I would like to receive a notification from homeassistant when the washing machine is finished. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with the material. Can one of you help me? I have a sensor called waschmaschine_programm_end. How can I create a message via automation when the program ends?
