Define functionality to be used for "Discounts, Gift Certificates, Point Exchange"

Ideas: Gift certificates = new doctype? Gift certificate servers as form of payment for invoices.

Example: Purchase Invoice for Q200 is paid using a gift certificate for Q50 Journal entry: Accounts Payable: 200 Cash: 150 Gift Certificate account: 50 (linked to gift certificate doctype, including the link to specific gift certificate)

Same applies to sales invoice.
