Redirect `cosign.sigstore.dev` subdomain to `cosign.dev`

Description

In cosign there is a dev.sigstore.cosign label that consuming from certkey, chainkey and BundleKey fields. For sigkey field, please refer: https://github.com/sigstore/cosign/issues/1532

So I thought it would be nice to jump that domain directly in the browser.
