Publish SNAPSHOT versions to Sonatype Nexus

It might be useful to have a built JAR for the latest version from the default branch. A CI build could upload those versions automatically for every merged commit, possibly to Sonatype Nexus.

Briefly looking at the configuration, probably some extra logic with version bumping would be required.
