Inquiry: Any support for PCL6 and PXL?

Hi, that's a rare project that we can find nowadays. Is there a PCL6 and PXL file parser? Also, I can convert this to C#, so if you can provide PCL6 and PXL manual reference, we can convert the entire project to C#.
