Mobile view not working correctly - Siren 3.1.0

The dashboard doesn't show metrics like it does on v3.0.4.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Chrome on iPhone iOS 26 Navigate to Siren

Expected behavior

Metrics that shows system health
