Bug: Validator exit balance

Describe the bug It was reported that after a validator is successfully exited and funds withdrawn the balance appears negative.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open Dashboard
  2. Exit validator
  3. Withdraw funds
  4. See error

Expected behaviour Balance should be reflected correctly
