Description
Missing Attestation reported in beacon node logs but the attestation seems to have succeeded
Version

Present Behaviour
I did a the following search of the logs and

Expected Behaviour
I have beaconch.ai monitoring my node and it didn't report a missing attestation
Steps to resolve
This isn't a fatal error so nothing to resolve per se, but it's is a little disturbing.

I forgot to mention there are 2 MA's in the logs, the other was from 11/23 and that was reported missing by beaconcha.in.
